Wimpy’s transformation to its new brand line, “Everyone’s Welcome,” was more than just a tagline update—it was a commitment to inclusivity that embraced South Africa’s cultural and linguistic diversity. To reflect this, Wimpy launched a groundbreaking digital campaign featuring the first truly South African digital banners. These banners, built using Parallax Ad Units, appeared on websites publishing content in all 11 official languages, creating an interactive, welcoming experience that resonated with audiences nationwide.

We utilized AdChat, an advanced conversational display ad platform powered by AI, to enhance the user experience. This platform enabled the banners to dynamically adapt visuals and content to each user’s preferred language and cultural context, ensuring a personalized and meaningful connection. Designed to mirror the feeling of being at Wimpy, the banners invited users to engage through scrolling, hovering, and clicking—creating an interactive experience that reflected the brand's warmth.
